This is Rajeev Khana from Mumbai
Today I want to discuss the new generation who wish to settle their career out of their own Country, they feel if they go abroad it will be easy for them to stable the life and most of them are succeeding because of their education but some of them who didn't finish their education are majorly targeted by companies in abroad.
However, in this process, many of them take rush decisions and join any company that offers them a job easily and asked them to sign the agreement of 8 to 10 pages and many candidates just check the declared salary and designation but don't bother to read all the pages.
If you have got an offer from them you really need to read this.
I don't blame all the companies in abroad but some of them like J BALAJI ENTERPRISE in The Gambia in West Africa is too horrible for the candidates from the first day they join the company,
let me tell you how?
first of all, they will not send you a visit visa of The Gambia, they will send you an invitation letter to get the visa at the border.???? don't be confused to read border instead of the airport. they will not give you direct flight to the Gambia, they will give you the fight till Dakar, Senegal. (neighbor country) and will send you one local guy to come and pick you from there, so here your journey start.....
once you arrived in Dakar, Senegal airport you will easily get arrival visa for being Indian National once you come out you will find that local guy to pick you, He will ask you to follow him with your baggage till public transport and will take you to local minibus from airport to The Gambia border
the bus will take 8 hrs to reach the border in those 8 hrs will start feeling "ALL IS WELL" "ALL IS WELL" and that "ALL IS WELL" will stop at the border when you will face Gambian Immigration department. You won't get visit visa only on invitation letter of the company, you will have to seat outside more than 2 to 3 hours so that that local guy beg them and convince them to let you enter in the country...
"I hope you are counting the journey hrs too"
in the end, the Immigration offices will allow you to enter the country and you will take a breath...
make sure you are not even asked to have water since you have arrived in Dakar, you again follow that local guy he will take you to another public transport till ferry, if you get that ferry on time you will be lucky if not you will have to wait for another ferry for 1 hr under the hot sun of Africa ... now you will feel another song from ALL IS WELL to YEH KAHA AA GAYE HUM YUHI SAATH SAATH CHALTE... after all that get the ferry to enter to the city take another public transport to reach company accommodation,
Now come to the point
You will be inform by your seniors to follow anything company asked you to do no matter what is your education or what is your designation you will be informed to be at shop at sharp 8:00 am but there is no time to off the day it can be 10:00 pm or 11:00 pm
in the food you will be served naan with gravy soup or daal every day there is optional food you like it or not and never ask for ROTI make sure you will have to manage with NAAN made from white flour
you will be given a cheap mattress with a light blanket to sleep on the floor please don't ask them to give you pillow otherwise you will be abused.
they will ask you to submit your passport and money, in future if they find any money from your pocket they will put you in the jail...
as you finish one month you will ask them for salary for sure right??? in reply they will show you agreement where is written in small letters that you are agreed to deposit three months salary to company for security purpose so get ready to work with them for another 2 months without any payment, their arrogance will make you feel to leave the company and go back to family, when you tell them that you want to go back,, very first they will insult you badly and then they will again show you agreement where is written if you wish to go back or leave company you will have to pay 3 lack Indian rupees... yes its INR 300,000/-
you will have to work for them as they want and anything they want and as much as they want because of the company owned by a person who has strong criminal records in The Gambia as well as in India.
You will be threatened almost every day to work properly and if you make any mistake during working hours then get ready for the evening, the owner will beat you will his belt and keep slapping you until you realize your mistakes...
There are almost 30 Indian who is working like you but no one can help you from him even if you cry.
That why be clever earn small with respect and proud in your own town own country where no one can even stare at you ...
BE CLEVER RESPECT YOUR COUNTRY AND STAY WITH FAMILY AFTER ALL FAMILY IS EVERYTHING.................... AM I RIGHT????????????????
